TLS Talent Agency is a full-service entertainment agency that provides representation for clients in motion pictures, television, literary rights, brand strategy, interactive media, comedy, commercials, personal appearances. TLS Sports is the sports division of TLS Talent Agency, representing professional athletes, coaches, NIL athletes and on-air personalities. We believe that development and proper exposure are key components to the success of our clients. Our idea of representation is to make sure all aspects of our client's career are managed from beginning to end.

Paul serves as President of Football Operations at TLS Sports. He is a certified NFLPA contract advisor with a wealth of experience in marketing and brand partnerships. His focus is helping clients accomplish their goals on and off the field while establishing their marketability. Paul is a graduate of Morehouse College and Louisiana State University.
Chuck is the Managing Director of TLS Sports. He is a certified NBAPA contract advisor and is focused on helping clients accomplish their personal & financial goals. He's negotiated complex multi-million dollar deals over his career and brings 20 plus years of investing and financial sales experience to the table. Chuck is a graduate of Morehouse College.
AMIRROR JOHNSON
Amirror serves as the Football Operations Coordinator at TLS Sports. Her focus will be aiding in client relations for our football clients. She is a current graduate student at the University of Georgia and recent graduate of Clark Atlanta University.
Cicero is the Founder & CEO of TLS Talent Agency. With 15+ years in the entertainment business, Cicero has signed clients including Shark Tank's Daymond John; Grammy Award winner Fantasia Barrino; television director/producer Michael Bohusz; Academy Award-nominated film director James Fargo; radio personalities Sway Calloway, Big Tigger, B-Daht and Kyle Santillian and actress April Parker Jones from Tyler Perry’s "If Loving You Is Wrong".
Tristian is the Co-Founder of TLS Talent Agency and serves as Head of Brand Partnerships. A graduate of Winston-Salem State University, he is the innovative and creative force behind the agency and got his start in the entertainment world promoting concerts and nightlife events. Tristian builds and guides the branding of several TLS clients along with curating, branding and marketing programs of a variety of entities.
